- FRUIT CRUMBLE RECIPE -1 red apple, cored and chipped
1 cup (150g) frozen berries
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp cinnamon
2/3 cup (75g) plain flour
2 and 1/2 tbsps caster sugar
2 tbsps oats
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C.
Place the fruit in the pie dish. Squeeze over the lemon juice and sprinkle the cinnamon.
Combine the flour, sugar and butter in a small bowl. Rub together with fingertips to form a rough crumble. Spoon the crumble over the fruit. Sprinkle oats on top.
Cook in the air fryer for 15 minutes.
