Trent Dalton was an award-winning journalist, working for major Australian news media companies such as The Courier-Mail and The Weekender Australian Magazine. He then stepped into the fictional literary world with his multi-award-winning debut novel “Boy Swallows Universe” in 2018 (which is now a television series on the Goliath streaming platform, Netflix). Since then his following and reputation in the Australian literary community has monumentally grown and Trent has become a cherished and strongly revered storyteller.

His newest big-hearted title “Lola In The Mirror” was released in October this year and has already become the number 1 fiction bestseller in Australia. QBD Books has also chosen this beautiful novel as our Fiction Book of the Year for 2023.
