Throne of Glass follows 18-year-old Celaena Sardothien, an imprisoned assassin recruited by the Crown Prince of Adarlan for chance to be the King’s personal assassin and eventually win back her freedom.
According to Publishers Weekly, the series has been optioned for TV by the Mark Gordon Company – the studio behind Grey’s Anatomy. As is the case with all optioned projects, there’s no guarantee that the series will make it into your weekly television line-up, but we can definitely hold out hope ( and maybe see the pilot!).
