A Storm is Brewing…

28260587For months, (a.k.a since we finished Book 4), devotees of Sarah J Maas’ Throne of Glass series have been dying for any snippet of information about book 5…
and so far all we’ve been able to do is gaze longingly at the nondescript cover on the Bloomsbury website…
And while it’s been great to know that we will be biting our fingernails/ hopping on one foot until September now there is HUGE news for all Maas’ devotees- the title for Book 5 in the series has been announced! AND there is a description!

Book 5 will be entitled (drumroll please):

Empire of Storms!

When we last left Aelin Galathynius she was well on her way to becoming a badass Queen… and thanks to the new description on Bloomsbury’s site we now know a bit more about where her journey will take her…

The long path to the throne has only just begun for Aelin Galathynius. Loyalties have been broken and bought, friends have been lost and gained, and those who possess magic find themselves at odds with those don’t.

As the kingdoms of Erilea fracture around her, enemies must become allies if Aelin is to keep those she loves from falling to the dark forces poised to claim her world. With war looming on all horizons, the only chance for salvation lies in a desperate quest that may mark the end of everything Aelin holds dear.

Aelin’s journey from assassin to queen has entranced millions across the globe, and this fifth installment will leave fans breathless. Will Aelin succeed in keeping her world from splintering, or will it all come crashing down?
