QBD Reviews: Queen of Shadows by Sarah J Maas

9781408858615From the very first page Sarah J. Maas draws you in for a very long reading session. Celaena is back in the fourth novel of The Throne of Glass series. She has been through everything Wendlyn had to throw at her and she has come through it as Aelin Galathynius, Queen of Terrasen. But has everything she faced changed her for the better or worse?

Queen of Shadows is one of those rare stories that has something amazing, magicial or intriguing happening every chapter and I dove into it with specific questions in mind:

Will she face her past Master, the King of the Assassins?
Will she be reunited with her cousin?
Can Dorian ever be free of his father?
And who will she let claim her heart?

All these questions and more are masterfully answered in this fast paced novel that moves you to tears
as often as laughter as our sassy Queen fights to free the land from the evil which has taken over.
Get ready fans, the wait has definitely been well worth it, be ready to fight alongside Celeana and
find out what is in store for our assassin.
