Just Marvellous!!!

As a fan of Dawn French I wanted to see if her writing style could be as funny as the characters she portrays on TV & this book didn’t disappoint!

A easy and effortless read about a family of four: Mum Mo who is having a mid life crisis and considering having an affair with a work colleague that her son Peter has also developed a major crush on, and daughter Dora who seems to go from crisis to crisis and absolutely hates her mother. Then there’s dad who stays pretty quiet in the background….until the end!

The characters have a brilliant and funny take on modern family life, it did take a bit to get into the story but one I was in I found A Tiny Bit Marvellous to be ‘a huge amount of marvellous!’
