Q: What’s one thing about yourself even Russ doesn’t know?
A: I’m a sock thief. He doesn’t know I’m the reason all his socks are going missing. I always forget mine when I stay over and Henry stopped letting me get them from his room after the like, fifth? sixth? time. Sorry, babe.
Q: What’s your favourite thing about Russ?
A: He is literally the sweetest human ever. I feel so valued and taken care of when I’m with him and so does everyone else. I’m very lucky (and a little bit obsessed).
Q: What’s your favourite Taylor Swift album?
A: I have always said Reputation because it’s lowkey my dream to get revenge on everyone who has wronged me by being smarter and more successful than them. But then a fell in love with a silly boy and let my silly little feelings take over and I’m currently 100% in my Lover era.
Q: Do you know who Phil Collins is?
A: Is this a serious question? I spent a ton of my childhood in England — of course I know who Phil Collins is!
Q: What’s your favourite hobby?
A: Previously it was being a menace to society but now I’m an indoor cat maybe reading? I go to a book club every week which is run by my friend, Halle. I’m trying to understand more about sports in general, especially hockey, but I don’t quite understand enough yet to call it a hobby. Thoughts and prayers for when hockey season starts. Why couldn’t he be a soccer player?
Q: Ideal date night plans?
A: I love the idea of a beach picnic. You know the people who take the inflatable pools and blankets and take cute pinteresty pictures while drinking wine? I want to be them but eating a veggie burger instead of drinking wine. I showed Russ pictures last week and he said he’d investigate so fingers crossed.
Q: Dream vacation?
A: I’d LOVE to take Russ to the Lake District in England. My dad has a house there and I think he’d love how peaceful it is. I tell him about it every time we listen to “The Lakes”. Alternatively, the northern lights.
Q: What’s your favourite Taylor Swift song?
A: Sparks Fly when I’m happy or Would’ve Could’ve Should’ve when I’m sad.
Q: If you could only eat one meal for the next year, what would it be?
A: Garlic butter pasta and garlic bread. Gimme the carbs and butter.
Q: Do you like hockey players?
A: I LOVE one hockey player. I like the rest of them. Honestly before this summer I never really paid any attention to them.
Q: How would you describe yourself in 3 words?
A: Unstable but pretty.
Q: What’s the last film that made you cry?
A: Barbie! That sucker caught me off-guard I was not expecting to cry.
Q: Where’s your favourite place in the world?
A: I travelled so much when I was a kid but I feel like I didn’t get a chance to appreciate it fully, y’know? I always loved going to Australia and Germany. I’d love to be able to take Russ to all the places I’ve been with F1 but I’m not sure he’s ready for the chaos.
Q: Do you like Stassie and Lola?
A: Yes! They’ve been so sweet to me since Russ introduced us. Honestly, I do find them a little intimidating because Russ loves them so much but they’ve been super welcoming. They’re both busy with the schedules so I don’t see them that often but I always ask how they’re doing and stuff. I haven’t been ‘the new girlfriend’ before so I’m just working it out as I go.
Q: Cats or dogs?
A: After this summer give me allllllll the dogs. I’d love to have both in the future and I have enough space for them all.

Q: What’s one thing about yourself even Aurora doesn’t know?
A: I really, really hate tofu. I tell her I love it because she tries so hard to cook something nice for us but it really just tastes like weird egg. I’m also pretty perceptive so she doesn’t know I know it’s her stealing my socks.
Q: What would be on your playlist from this summer?
A: Speed Drive by Charli XCX from the Barbie soundtrack. You can guess who really liked it.
Q: Which drivers do you support in F1 and why?
A: Despite the fact my girlfriend’s dad owns a Formula 1 team, I’ve never watched it. I probably should start.
Q: Are you a swiftie?
A: Sure. I feel like I listened to all her music a million times this summer with Aurora, Emilia and Maya in charge of music.
Q: Do you talk to Stassie regularly?
A: Yeah! She loves Aurora because they like all the same books which is fun. She’s like the big sister I never had. I should probably check in her more now Nate has moved to Vancouver.
Q: Breakfast for dinner or dinner for breakfast?
A: Breakfast for dinner 100%. He pretends he can’t so nobody asks him to cook, but Henry makes great French toast.
Q: How do you feel about being called Muffin?
A: At first it made me embarrassed but now I don’t mind it. It makes me feel a little like a dog, but there are definitely worst things my friends could call me. Aurora tried it out as a nickname for me but promptly abandoned it, thank God.
Q: Perfect playlist for a road trip?
A: You think I get any say in what gets played? I like listening to audiobooks when I’m on road trips but according to Rory being a passenger princess comes with exclusive music selection privileges. Those are the rules, which she apparently did not make.
Q: What’s your favourite thing about Aurora?
A: Even with everything going on in her life and all the things she’s dealing with, she’s still a really great friend to the people around her.
Q: What’s your biggest fear?
A: Wow, deep. I guess it’s losing the people I’ve let into my life.
Q: Favourite moment with Aurora?
A: Every moment is my favourite with her. Corny, I know. I’d say maybe the first time we went ‘hiking’. When we reached the water and just lay in the sun all afternoon it was perfect. I had so much on my mind because of everything going on with my dad and in reality things weren’t great between me and her at that time, but it’s my first time feeling at peace because of her.
Q: What’s your favourite activity to do on a rainy day?
A: I’m not sure I’m allowed to answer that…
Q: Where is your favourite part of Maple Hills?
A: I should say somewhere like the library or my house but it’s definitely Kenny’s Wings.
Q: What’s your favourite hobby?
A: I like reading. I’ve read quite a lot of non-fiction books about addiction but I’m trying to branch out into fiction with crime and thriller. Aurora says it won’t make me as sad, but she’s given me books about serial killers so we’ll see.
Q: Are you happy?
A: For the first time in a really, really long time I can answer this honestly. Yes, I’m very happy.
